As a seller, you are agreeing to sell your service using the terms set out in your bid once approved by the Buyer. You agree to sell your service using the terms set in your service once a Buyer agrees to buy your service. You agree that all terms including but not limited to city, service description, service amount, refund amount, payment type and all other information that further describes the service is accurate and true. You agree to deliver the service to the buyer on time and conduct business in a professional manner. twoPLUGS takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any transaction between Buyer and Seller.
As a buyer, you are agreeing to buy the service as descried by the seller. You agree you have enough funds in your account. You are agreeing to all the terms as listed and described by the seller, including but not limited to service description, service amount, city, refund amount, payment type and all other information that further describes the service. twoPLUGS takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any transaction between Buyer and Seller.
Your use of the site, its content and any services or items obtained through the website is at your own risk. The site, its content and any services or items obtained through the website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither twoPLUGS nor any person associated with twoPLUGS makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy or availability of the website. The foregoing does not affect any warranties which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
In no event will twoPLUGS, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the website, any website linked to it, any content on the website or such other websites or any services or items obtained through the website or such other websites including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise even if foreseeable. Unless clearly stated otherwise on the seller’s company or service page, when the work is delivered, and subject to payment, the buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights for the work delivered from the seller, and the seller waives any and all moral rights therein.
Sellers further confirm that whatever information they receive from the buyer, which is not public domain, shall be kept confidential and shall not be shared or used for any purpose whatsoever other than for the delivery of the ordered service to the buyer.
Furthermore, users agree that unless they explicitly indicate otherwise, the content users voluntarily create/upload to twoPLUGS, including texts, photos, videos, usernames, user photos, user videos and any other information, including the display of delivered service, may be used by twoPLUGS for no consideration for marketing and/or other purposes.
User Content refers to the content added by users as opposed to content created by the site. All content uploaded to twoPLUGS by our users is User Content. twoPLUGS does not check user uploaded/created content for appropriateness, violations of copyright, trademarks, other rights or violations. We invite everyone to report violations. Reported violating content may be removed or disabled.
Furthermore, twoPLUGS is not responsible for the content, quality or the level of service provided by the sellers. We provide no warranty with respect to the service, delivery, and any communication between buyer and seller. We encourage users to use our seller rating system, seller volume of trade, seller refund policy, seller current activities and common sense when selecting a service provider.
By offering a service, the seller undertakes that he/she has sufficient permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the service offered on twoPLUGS. Sellers advertising their service online must comply with laws and terms of service of the advertising platform or relevant website used to advertise. Failing to do so may result in removal of the service and may lead to the suspension of seller's account.
Note that it is our policy in appropriate circumstances to suspend and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

twoPLUGS do not review and is not responsible for the contents of 3rd party Internet web sites, video links, or urls posted by users. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by twoPLUGS of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
twoPLUGS may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Any claim relating to twoPLUGS Inc.'s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The twoPLUGS Referral allows registered twoPLUGS users (a “twoPLUGS User”) to earn eeds by referring friends to twoPLUGS.
To participate, twoPLUGS Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the twoPLUGS Terms of Use. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the twoPLUGS Terms of Use.
twoPLUGS Users can earn referral eeds if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid twoPLUGS account that complies with our Terms of Use; and (ii) the referred friend completes a sign up either by Facebook or by Email.
The referring twoPLUGS User will be credited with 5 eeds for every successful referral. Users may earn a maximum of 50 eeds per account.
Referral eeds will automatically be credited into the referring twoPLUGS User account upon a successful referral. The referred eeds will not expire and can be spent or transferred to another twoPLUGS User. The twoPLUGS User transactions page will be updated whenever a referral eeds is added.
Referral eeds may not be earned by creating multiple twoPLUGS Accounts. Eeds accrued in multiple twoPLUGS accounts may not be combined into one twoPLUGS account.
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).
Referred friends that have signed up using a valid referral link will not receive any referral eeds. However the referred user can also refer more users to earn referral eeds.
A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple twoPLUGS Users, only the corresponding twoPLUGS User of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive referrals eeds.
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
twoPLUGS may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove referral eeds if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the www.twoplugs.com website, applications, and social media outlets. The updated terms will be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
